Another intriguing story starring Jude Fontaine who is gradually coming back to life with each book. She makes important strides in this book.
The crime story is a convoluted one where we know more than Jude or Uriah and therefore make connections before they do. There are some surprising twists and several things that once revealed make you look back and go hmmm.
The story is cleverly crafted and the continuation of Jude’s character development is a significant part of this story. I am looking forward to the next story to see where the significant changes wrought in this book take our heroine.
