This book features very relatable post-grad stress as well as the experience of being a queer WOC trying to make it in their field. Great representation of the hard work that therapy is, as well as complex relationships with parents. The romance was also very cute and I loved it, but I wish the relationship between Yuki and Grace had more depth.
They come together too easily, fall apart too easily, and then reconcile in a very predictable way.
In spite of that, I did cry at multiple points in the book and really enjoyed it. Morgan Rogers is a great writer.
