Hell's Knights by Bella Jewel

3.0

This is a solid three. It was an easy read, but the characters felt juvenile, and their personalities seemed a bit forced.

Cade is a biker, vice president in a motorcycle club, and is downright bad ass, he doesn't tolerate shit and protects the ones he loves and has a "I don't play games" kind of attitude.

Then there's Addison, who has been a victim of violence and s£xual assault since she was 13 because her mom was a prostitute. Her mom's pimp would r@pe her and belittle her constantly.

Things change when Addison leaves after tragedy strikes and tracks down her dad... who just happens to be a motorcycle club president.

Addison was very.... interesting. I didn't like her character progression. She felt super juvenile and didn't know how to really own up to her mistakes because she always had selfish motives and pushed everyone away just because she wanted them to prove they cared for her by chasing her. Didn't work for her in the end because all her biker pals were like, "That's not how that shit works around here."

EVENTUALLY, it was alright. Cute lil scene at the end there, I suppose. Was a bit rough, but overall not terrible.
