Man oh man where do I begin. Honestly I read out on a limb and then became determined to read everything by HBY. But this book now holds a special place in my heart and will probably live rent free in my mind for months. I don’t think an MMC has genuinely made me laugh as hard as MATTHEUS TILO-JONES!!!! Omg he was just so cute, quirky and honestly so hilarious I found myself cackling ALOT 😂 I did also love lane and her mental health journey and her journey to heal things within herself and her family. I loved the little banter between lane and Matt. But I could honestly write a 10 page essay about how Matt has become one of my all time favorite MMCs. The friends to friends with benefits to lovers storyline was honestly so perfect I couldn’t have imagined it any better. And seeing how emotional Mattheus got during conversations with lane was so endearing I was actually tearing up. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be reading this over and over again. There were so many favorite quotes (95% of them were from Matt obviously 😂) but this one was my absolute favorite:

“Fuck, I miss you. You’ve ruined me.Do it again”
