Kit knows his twin is in trouble and hurries home. Unfortunately, Evelyn is missing and his pea goose mother talks him into taking his place to meet his prospective bride's family. Things escalate and Kit begins to have his doubts that even he can save his twin and untangle the resulting knots. (I am sure I would hate Kit's mother in person, but I really loved her in the story.)
