A beautiful and heartbreaking story that hooked me from the very first page and carried me through an unforgettable, surprising journey. I split my time between reading and listening, and both formats were outstanding. This was my first Clare Leslie Hall novel, and I can confidently say I’m now a fan. Hattie Morahan’s narration was superb, adding depth and emotion that perfectly matched the writing.
