The Guncle Abroad

While it had moments of laughter and fun, this didn’t hit the same feel good spots as the first book. Somehow it felt heavier even though the first book was all about grief and loss.
This centered more on Patrick’s story and the kids role seemed less important. What I loved about the first book was how their stories intertwined and this felt more distant. It was predictable but still enjoyable.
