The Girl with a Clock for a Heart
by Peter Swanson
The story starts off very good and gripping. I liked, that there were two timelines – the one in the present in Boston and the one from decades ago when the two main characters were in college. I was excited to find out more about this mysterious Liana-character. But after half of the book the plot lost a lot of its strength, I just don’t believe that one person can plan so far ahead and know exactly how all of the people involved will react to her plots and schemes. All in all, it was still a quick and fairly enjoyable read.
