This book was not exactly my cup of tea. But. I absolutely loved the small town, country writing. It truly evoked feelings of nostalgia and my growing up years, and I enjoyed that aspect of the book. The writing was also good, and it had a great pace and flow. I abhorred the gun violence scene. And didn't love some of the darker elements.
