Fugitive Telemetry by Martha Wells

OK maybe it's time to lay off the Murderbot books. I read this one just after reading #5 and found it, well, kinda tedious. Mostly for the plot; it's a basic police procedural, solving the crime. It's competently told and entertaining. And Murderbot's awkward attempts to fit in with human society are always amusing. But this novel felt much more by-the-numbers than the previous ones with few surprises or insights. Enjoyed but will immediately forget.
