About the Book: Many things could’ve been done better to prevent the mass of various losses we all suffered when Covid pandemic began. Bill Gates has several thought-out suggestions, with full plans of who, how, where, and even on whose money. It’s mostly wishful thinking, as we know who and why pushed for the disregard of the safety during those times. And it’s not likely to ever change.

My Opinion: It’s bittersweet. I’m sure (or want to believe) that author means all the best with this, but it leaves this nasty feeling of detachment, as it’s hard to tell whether he’s just acting naïve or actually is too hopeful. A very detailed, and fairly clear plan, no idea how correct it is, as it’s just not something I’m interested to learn per se (other than the safety measures that work, and the levels of effectiveness), but how does he or anyone else, for that matter, expect people like Musk to let people stay safe and alive, when profits are on the line? Good writing style, easy to read, and an interesting glimpse to a whole other reality.
