OK where are my blanket and tissues. Oh my heart....
If you have been following me or reading my reviews, by now you know I rarely (if ever) read a book synopsis. I know, terrible 😂 but I'm always surprised by what I read so that's a plus HAHA
Looking at The Beaches Ones you are presented with a mysterious and simple cover. What you get may be mysterious but in no way, shape, or form is this story simple. Grief rarely is...
Colleen Story brings us on a supernatural journey. One of mystery, pain, revelation and ultimately...hope. I wholeheartedly loved the writing and the story. Not even going to lie, by the very last paragraph I was bawling.
This just happened to be a story that found it's way to me at the right time. It's not an easy story in some parts but it's definitely one I'll recommend. I sincerely appreciate the publisher and Black Coffee Book Tours for providing me with a review copy. All opinions expressed herein are mine and mine alone.
