This is the third re-read of Pride and Prejudice for me. Darcy is still proud and Elizabeth is still prejudiced. Lydia is still as foolish as all get out. I loved every minute. What I love about this book is how I learn and understand new things each time I experience it. The first time I read it, I just followed the main plot line. This time, it was like sitting and visiting with an old friend, both comforting and welcoming. I loved that this time I really did deep-dives to figure out certain things mentioned in the story that are only particular to this time period. It really helped to deepen my understanding of the storyline. TBH I wish I had done that in 2009 the first time I read it! All in all, a great read.
