A Day in the Life of Abed Salama: Anatomy of a Jerusalem Tragedy by Nathan Thrall

emotional informative sad medium-paced

4.0

heavy content but very accessible style of writing - it lays out a lot of the details of the history of the occupation, while keeping the humanity of the families and the crash victims central throughout. they probably should have titled it differently, only because people are weird about being “misled”, which takes attention away from the book itself. very well done overall; i think it’s a approachable place for americans to start learning about Palestine
