Generation Friends: An Inside Look at the Show That Defined a Television Era
by Saul Austerlitz
Being a massive Friends fan, this book was basically a recap of the show. It went over major episodes, shared iconic quotes, described the "will they, won't they" saga of Ross and Rachel. It was a wonderful book to listen to to remember the magic of the show and why so many people in the world loved it and still do. I know this show like the back of my hand and I liked that I learned a couple of new things about my favorite show!
I really liked the behind the scenes and describing what it was like to make the show from everything to the very beginning of casting, to props to costume. They even mentioned The Yellow Dress. (iykyk)
This book is a trip down memory lane for a Friends fan and I do really recommend a read if you'd like to learn more!
