I read this one 1/2 in paperback and 1/2 on audio - and really enjoyed both formats!
I loved Angie Thomas’s writing and even though this work was fiction, it very much depicted the reality of the States today. We must do better, and books like this written by Black voices will help people outside the Black community see and commit to that.
