3.5 stars. Decent, non-explicit chick-lit more so than romance. I enjoyed the dynamic between the main character and her mom more so than the romance. There was a whole chapter that felt like an advertorial for a Mercedes car. And the business stuff sometimes felt rushed or contrived. I appreciate reading stories where the MCs aren’t white.
