The World of Ice and Fire: The Untold History of Westeros and the Game of Thrones by Linda Antonsson, Elio M. García Jr., George R.R. Martin

4.0

An obscenely comprehensive encyclopedia of the A Song of Ice and Fire universe that'll have you admiring the thoroughness with which George RR Martin has thought his setting through. There's almost enough information here to make even the most hardcore fans feel overwhelmed with it all, with stories of the entire Targaryen dynasty in Westeros and the long histories of each of the Seven Kingdoms, Free Cities and other, more distant regions

All that info is accompanied by some truly gorgeous illustrations that would be worth selling by themselves as an artbook

For the most committed fans of GRRM's epic saga, The World of Ice and Fire is absolutely worth a look (and it might just tide you over until The Winds of Winter....maybe....)
