Into the Magic Shop
by James R. Doty
This book was—is—so insipirational I want to cry.
It's a memoir, we follow Jim through his life as first a teenager who had many struggles and found Ruth in a magic shop to a brilliant neurosurgeon that is compassionate and kind.
I absolutely adored it, Ruth guides you to the "magic" of relaxing your body, empyting your mind, opening your heart and manifesting what you want to achieve in your mind. This all happened in 1968 and is nowadays called as mindfulness.
This book makes you want to achieve all the dreams you dream and I swear I'm so inspired by it that I got a little emotional. The journey of Jim was also really touching and it makes you want to become a better person.
Thank you for this gift, Dr. Doty.
