Phenomenal story. Stunning illustrations. This book was gifted to me and I'll admit, graphic novels usually aren't my thing. But I was intrigued enough by the plot to give it a chance.
The story focuses around Edmund, a fay changeling who has grown up in the human world, and Childe, the human who was whisked away to the world of the fay. When the kingdom falls under siege, Edmund and the Childe meet and embark on a whirlwind adventure.
Definitely pick this up if you like traditional fairy lore. I already wish I had the second book in hand to continue the story.
