This story is about Anna, she is the bridesmaid at her best friend’s wedding! Problem is her Ex Joel who she dated for 8 years is the groomsman. She lives in her best friends spare room, she’s content, until Joel brings his new girlfriend Bianca and drops a bombshell that shocks Anna. Fate has given her a name, Patrick. He seems nice and safe- everyone likes him! That is until Mac, the almost-famous-not-really actor has flown in from New York.
I loved this book! The characters were interesting and I laughed a lot! I love their chemistry but a lot of the time I felt that Anna’s family and family friends and best friends were overstepping some boundaries, that’s what family is! Anna is a strong FMC and her morals are good! Mac is a strong MMC although at times he was downright pathetic… (who doesn’t want that in a man?)
