WELL then

Brandon Sanderson is out to ruin my life part 27

I was not expecting to like this nearly as much as I did. Dare I say I even love this story?

I've never even so much as attempted to play or get into Magic The Gathering, but I am apparently a rabid Brandon Sanderson fan, so I must read everything he writes. He has yet to disappoint me so as of right now this decision is working out splendidly for me.

Onto the book
*What a fantastically creepy setting. The world just enthralled me, and honestly it kind of tempts me to get into Magic.
*Tacenda and Davriel are great main characters. Neither were what I thought they would be, and I loved the development, even over a story as short as this one
*So many plot twists that I probably should have seen coming as the groundwork was laid perfectly for them, but I didn't. The big one right towards the end in particular just floored me.

I just, wow. Maybe this isn't the greatest story ever told, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend any Sanderson fan pick it up
