Dirty Laundry: Why Adults with ADHD Are So Ashamed and What We Can Do to Help
by Richard Pink, Roxanne Emery
Really intimate portrayal of living with ADHD and the shame and difficulty that often comes with it. I also appreciated the discussion of being in a relationship with someone who is neurodivergent. I wish it was a little more focused on more tactical steps to help your ADHD-er, and also didn't fall into the trap of viewing ADHD being beneficial as a potential form of creativity and productivity, because it is still productivity focused, however still a helpful and emotional read.
