This was surprisingly really fun! I was a bit unsure if I would like this couple going into it because of some of the lower reviews, but now I'm coming away more confused about the reviews complaining about lack of chemistry and too much cringe and immaturity. Honestly, I thought the way they talk to one other just exudes chemistry! They can easily joke, talk, banter, learn from one another, and they both have a passion for teaching accessible sex and/or kink. Obviously they are enormously attracted to one another from the start, but the way they can talk to one another is what really demonstrates the romantic chemistry.

Everything about the romance itself, the scenes, and the dialogue was fun, sweet, and strangely refreshing. This was quite a short romance too, but it honestly felt like the perfect length, and it doesn't drag on like some romances stories seem to do. It ended up being a nice, quick read, with a fair audiobook. There was disability representation in here that was honestly kind of informative and seemed to be executed well. The kink class scene was also great reinforcement of consent, aftercare, shibari practices, and all the notes of well-informed kink culture. There were, however,  quite a lot of side characters that I didn't really pay attention to and most of them didn't add to the story (though they seem to be part of companion books and that is why they are here). The 3 chapter epilogue was also a bit much (especially with some wild scenes in them). Those two aspects were the only gripes I had though, and I had a blast with this book otherwise.
