I love that this book has so many specific details. The back and forth between characters means you get to know them better and know the perspective among them. I have heard people say that this is just a series that tries to copy Tolkien. J.R.R. Tolkien is my favorite writer and I don't find that to be true. I find Game of Thrones to have an amazing story of adventure, heroes, loyalty, love, and more, and I loved every minute of it.
