Carrie by Stephen King

4.0

Besides the occasional yikesy moments, such as King going into detail about what the bodies of high schoolers look/feel like and the use of a racial slur to describe a character's lips pouting, I think this is a great read that has an extremely interesting way of presenting information through police reports, excerpts from fictional books, and fake interviews of characters from Carrie alongside the standard third-person omniscient perspective a lot of books take on.
