Lora Leigh is currently one of my favorite authors. Her characters can be funny, are often dangerous and just plain fun to read. I was excited when she began the Elite Ops series because I really liked her other aloha males...a lot. However, I think I must be getting old because I actually became annoyed by how ofted the main characters had sex in this book. I know, I know, I'm crazy. Lora Leigh is an awesome writer and definitely knows how to write a great sex scene, but one in every chapter? I might be exaggerating there but it really felt like just as the action started they stopped to have sex. Not only is that not at all realistic (don't we wish, ladies?) but as I said it was distracting from the big picture. I think this story would have been fantastic with half the sex taken out. Not mention the part where Renegade arrives at a house (not his) in a Hummer, but then leaves on a Harley (WTF?). I still gave this book 4 stars because Lora Leigh just rocks!
