If You Ask Me is a closed-door romance that will bring a lot of feels and smiles. Even more than that, it is a story about Violet’s growth after her relationship with her husband failed and the supportive friends and family there to guide her along the way. I adored Dev, the love interest, as he was nonjudgmental, swoony and always there for Violet. Also, the narration was great in the audiobook!
