It was really enjoyable. While the writing was fantastic, and I truly grew attached to some of the characters - my intent with this audiobook was to be scared… but I was not. Sure, there were some gruesome gore moments, death scenes that left me wincing, but overall it was more creepy than anything. I particularly loved the ending!
