Goal Lines & First Times was absolutely adorable! I love the you've got mail - meet over text/email/unknown identity trope - add to that a slight hate to love and some opposites attract and you have a story that hits all the right notes for me. I loved this queer questioning story and how Eden Finley and Saxon James tackled it. Loved the slow burn as Seth and Cohen got to know each other through a dating app and then over text. Then all the delicious angst as they would come so close to discovering the others secret identity and then just miss it until eventually they didn't. This was a delightful story that I couldn't put down. It made my heart ache in all the best possible ways. I fell hard for these boys and was so invested in their Happily Ever After. I love all the rich detail in this universe that Finely and James have created as they pepper in cameos and storylines from other books in the series. It always just rounds out the world and makes it seem more real. I adored this book and can't recommend it and this series enough - just a feel good read that is often needed in this dumpster fire of a world. :-)
