Lexi wants to have a quiet Christmas, so she decides to go to her family's secluded cabin to get away from everything… Little does she know, her dad - who happens to be the head coach of an NFL team, gives his key to one of his hockey players, Ryder. Once he gets there, he gets snowed in and they work from a fragile sympiotic relationship to something more.
Lexi has dealt with heartbreaking pain by someone who should have kept her safe and for that reason, she has built up walls to protect her heart. Ryder is so caring and wants to show her how much she is worth and that there is good in this world. Lexi and Ryder start to learn who to trust and who earns their places as found family. This is one of my very favorite tropes and it's done so well here. I feel like Im part of the group and I love that!! I adore the chemistry between Ryder and Lexi. They match so well. 🩷🩷🩷
‘The Christmas You Crash' is the second book in the ‘Going Rogue’ series. This is the first book I've read of the series, but I loved this one so much - I will definitely be going back to read the first one!! This is such an outstanding holiday read!
