Out of Sight, Out of Time by Ally Carter

I do not know why but I cried the ENTIRE time I was reading this book. The way the author expressed Cammie’s frustration and emotions of not knowing what happened to her while she was away was explained well and it was easy to connect to Cammie one way or another.
What I liked:
I liked the intensity of the entire book from beginning to end. The book was written in a way that the reader is left in the dark alongside the main character and is there every step of the way to solve the mystery while reading. I like how there was the conversation of how the brain works when someone went through a traumatic experience which made me feel even more protected of Cammie because of how the memory loss implied what she went through. I also liked all the mini adventures they went on and each page was peeling a layer off the unknown and the plot twist at the end was so interesting. I lost it when Cammie asked her mom if she could hear the music…
I also loved how her friends and family were there for her every step of the way.
What I did not like:
The only thing that I did not like about this book was how her friends and Zach acted when Cammie came back. I was a little disappointed in how they treated her and acted around her but at the same time it was realistic in a way and they explained why, which made me somewhat accept it.
Overall, I feel like this book was the best in the series because it has a little of everything and once I started the book I could not put it down.
P.S. My mouth dropped when she moved the wire bed to expose the wall in the stone house…
