I've been sitting on this way too long, but for whatever reason it never feels like the right time. I decided to dig into this over a long weekend and still could not get invested in the story, so I unfortunately think I'm not going to be able to recommend this one any time soon. There was nothing glaringly wrong with the writing or plotting, I just think I'm in a different stage of my reading life than I was when I requested this book.
