2.0

RJ’s mum marries a man he has never met, her new husband is filthy rich and has a son the same age as RJ. Now RJ has been enrolled in the same prep school as his stepbrother. RJ is a loner who gets by as a hacker, he won’t make friends as he doesn’t plan on being at prep school long, that is h til he meets Sloane.

Sloane is sharp tongued, strong willed and completely off limits but that just makes RJ want her more. Sloane has sworn off boys this year but RJ won’t back away from a challenge.

My thoughts: If I didn’t already own the second book in this series I strongly think I would have DNFd this. There are multiple POVs but several of them are completely unnecessary.

I found the story to be lacklustre, the plot was weak and the characters had no depth. I pushed through this just so I can get to the next book and clear 2 books from my shelves.
