Hands down the most difficult book I have ever had to get through. The triggers are not a joke, and the detail was extremely disturbing, if not fully nauseating. It was raw. I was already attached to the characters since the first book, which is honestly what kept me reading until the end. One side of me was disgusted throughout the entire book, and another side of me was devastated, yet eager for Adeline to get to a better place, if that was ever even possible. It was humbling. Overall, I enjoyed it? But boy was it hard to read.
