This Side of Paradise by F. Scott Fitzgerald
4.0

"[A]t fifteen you had the radiance of early morning, at twenty you will begin to have the melancholy brilliance of the moon..."

Fitzgerald's mastery of language and ability to create beautiful phrases astounds me. It also doesn't help that he published this at the age of 23 and I couldn't even dream of writing this way at any point in my life.
More like 3.75 stars because the plot was bland and rather boring at times and Amory bothered me a lot (even though I do see a bit of myself in him), but a fantastic window into Fitzgerald's world.
