Come as You Are: The Surprising New Science That Will Transform Your Sex Life by Emily Nagoski

Pretty good. It’s one of those books where I’d say everyone should read this, but also some people will probably get a lot more out of it than others. Two themes that are brought up a few times are confidence and joy, and for people who struggle with those things, this book will probably be the most beneficial. I didn’t get too much from it (hit me with even more science!! i love studies!!!!) but I liked the approach and the audiobook was great.
