A Vindication of the Rights of Woman by Mary Wollstonecraft

challenging informative reflective slow-paced

3.5

This was interesting to read just for the nature of what it is. Of course some of what she is arguing is extraordinary outdated—this text is well over 200 years old. But still, some of the extreme moralizing, internalized misogyny, and classism in particular can make this a tough read. But other topics read relatively fresh and surprising, like her section on parenting.
