Alicia berenson is a famous painter who was charged with the murder of her husband, Gabriel. She was taken to a facility, where they kept her in the psychiatric unit under observation. The fact that Alicia stopped talking after the murder was a mystery to everyone that knew her. And a mystery to me, too! The plot twist comes at the end, when the truth of Gabriel's murder and killer is uncovered. Did Theo have more involvement in Alicias life before this facility? The truth is uncovered after its too late. And theo's character really leaves you speechless. Loved this book from start to finish but only issue was the slow pace of the entire story.
