I absolutely loved the premise and the plot. The characters were incredible. I hate Kim in the best way, and want a friend like Phoebe. The story was complex enough to be gripping but not confusingly so, and I didn't work out the twist til right at the end.
Rated 4 because the writing style felt a bit jarring sometimes, especially in the spicier scenes, but not enough to take away from the overall enjoyment.
