Maybe in Another Life by Taylor Jenkins Reid

"It's entirely possible that every time we make a decision, there is a version of us out there somewhere who made a different choice. An infinite number of versions of ourselves are living out the consequences of every single possibility in our lives."

WOW. This is so good! This taught me that every decision we make, leads us to our own path. We cannot solely depend on that push of fate. We run our lives. We own it. We decide our fate and in every single one, has a consequence. We cannot go on thinking what we should've or should've not done. You can't wish away the bad things because along with those comes all the good things you might lose. We just need to head on and own our decisions.
