I loved this book. It was morbid, the people were deeply flawed, and scenarios that take place are grotesque. It conveyed these wild delusions and extreme scenarios in such a straight forward, sterile, almost sweet tone. It was a mind fuck and I couldn’t really predict where it was ever going, but I like that.
I like the way this author writes characters. Convenience woman has the same type of very straight forward, overly-“rational” type of thinking. I like this. I like that there is no room for guessing- the characters may have weird fucked up morals, but they certainly have a rational explanation for them.
