Given how good Noughts and Crosses was, I was really disappointed with this follow up. Everyone in this book just seems to be an awful person, there didn't seem to be much story, and it was too short with not enough happening. I'm probably going to keep reading the series, in the hopes some of the future books get the spark back, but I don't have high hopes tbh.
