The House of Hidden Meanings by RuPaul

2.0

This is really a 2.5 but can’t have half-scores. I wanted to like this more than I did. At times, it felt like the narrative was repetitive and jumped around a lot making it hard to follow and leaving me think, wasn’t this already just stated before or haven’t we already heard this multiple times. That caused me to feel like what was being shared was redundant and could have been without. I did appreciate though how Ru was vulnerable in sharing a lot of details in his journey that humanized him and gave us a glimpse of who that person is behind the curtains.
