I was super excited to read this book and it ended up being good, with some minor setbacks. It’s a classic teenager story of finding where you belong when everything you are changes and that message is clear. The switching POVs are distinct and are super easy to follow along with. Some of the characters feel as though they only have one personality trait that is their character. It started to go down a little bit towards the end, with the ending being very reminiscent of Fight Club, which was very unexpected and seems to come out of nowhere with the set up happening about 80% through. Overall, it was good. If you like slice-of-life young adult stories with a bit of a twist, this book is for you.
