I dunno if it's me, but I don't think it's cool reading about a girl who constantly gets walked all over and yet she wont open her mouth and tell people to knock it the hell off, be it bitchy, bully girls at her school or the boy she's been in love with for 4 YEARS to get his head out his ass and stop treating her like shit because what...he doesn't wanna upset his mum? He gets injured and feels bad? Then he says horrible, unforgivable things MORE THAN ONCE and she just forgives him. No grovel, just...give me another chance, Nolan, please? And that's it?!
Nolan is a doormat from chapter 1 to almost everyone in her life. Reed is a piece of crap and not one person calls him on it. That's not love, people, that's obsession. Or boredom, maybe?
