Really interesting take on shifters with an Egyptian influence
This was a really interesting take on shifters, focussing on cats and including a lot of Egyptian mythology and naming conventions.
It worked really well and I loved how Jib went from being rejected to being the heart of his new tribe at Logan's side. Logan himself was a powerfully strong character too and together the whole fated mates dynamic was explosive.
There were great secondary characters and a lot of excellent world building as Mary Calmes laid out the beginnings of this new series.
