Fragile Sanctuary is a fantastic opening to the intertwined storylines of Sparrow Falls. This romantic suspense turns into Anson's story. He also finds love with Rhodes (Rho). We get Rho's narrative before Anson's. Their plot revolves heavily around their newfound family. Tropes include found family, brother best friend, enemies to lovers, serial unalivers, age gap, forced proximity, grouchy vs sunshine, ex-profiler, amusing grandmother, broken hero, roach her and die vibes, and a belt scene. Catherine Cowles has written a highly recommended read. Another complicated romantic suspense that is tough to put down. The narrators were amazing!
