Sooo… this was a book. That I read.

It was fine. It wasn’t bad but it kinda lacked something.

Listen I LOVE the idea of reading about Dean but i feel like his character never really got a lot of depth, but this seems to be a problem in general with Elle Kennedys characters.

I liked both Dean and Allie so this book was really good up until THAT happened. Then I could not stand Allie.

Because FUCK Allie! She is a fucking awful person! I. DON’T. CARE. if she’s hurt that Dean isn’t paying as much attention to her but for FUCK sakes he JUST lost his BEST FRIEND. And here she is judging him for how he is grieving.

She is expecting to much from him. Just because she wouldn’t grieve like him doesn’t give her the right to bash him for how he is doing it. Dean is dealing. He is trying to deal at least and here is her whiny ass feeling upset that he is not getting over his friends death quicker. LIKE WTF I HATE Allie! She SUCKS and is a selfish prick!

WHO THE ACTUAL FUCK BREAKS UP WITH HER BOYFRIEND OVER A PLAY!!! A PLAY!!!! WHEN HE IS GRIEVING HIS BEST FRIENDS DEATH?!????

Also not her thinking she has some moral high ground just because she lost her mom to cancer when she was little?!? THAT IS NOT THE SAME! Most of the time with cancer you kind of know they are going to die so people usually process the death during the time they are alive so it’s expected. But literally he found out his friend died in a car accident. He got no time to process his death before it was there, it was a complete shock for him because honestly who thinks their friend is just gonna die on you when your in college? Also in general it is very messed up of her regardless to compare the way she deals with death to how he deals and then just claim that he needs to move on and grow up because he is not dealing in a way that is comfortable for her when his friend just died like what is wrong with her?!????? No I absolutely hate her!!!

So yeah the book was average.
