One, Two, Buckle My Shoe
by Agatha Christie
mysterious
fast-paced
I've got to admit I don't really get what the nursery rhyme adds to this. It's a perfectly serviceable Poirot novel that gets increasing more complicated as the plot goes, without really giving you any real clues about the ending. I will say I've listened/read enough of these at this point to understand how Christie sets up certain twists time and again, which makes it slightly more predictable.
I will say I still don't really understand how it turned out that a banker had the skills to pretend to be a dentist, even after listening to Poirot's explanation but ultimately its not that big a deal.
